GramNio provides social media marketing services for Instagram and TikTok. Our services include delivering followers, likes, and views to enhance your social media presence. We are committed to providing high-quality, real followers through organic promotion methods; we do not use bots or fake accounts.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old.
  • Provide a valid email address, contact information, and the correct username/URL for the social media profile you wish to promote.
  • Ensure your Instagram or TikTok account is set to "Public." We cannot deliver services to private accounts.
  • Agree not to change your username during the service delivery period.
  • Acknowledge that you are using our services at your own risk. GramNio is not responsible for any account suspension or content deletion by Instagram or TikTok.

4. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid for in advance. Prices are as listed on the website and are subject to change. We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

5. Service Delivery and Guarantees

We guarantee that you will receive the number of followers you ordered. Delivery typically begins within a few hours but may take up to 48 hours to start. The delivery is gradual to ensure it appears natural.

Follower Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality followers. These are real profiles from our network. While we aim for followers who may engage, we do not guarantee a specific level of engagement (likes, comments) as this depends on your content quality.

Retention Guarantee: We offer a refill guarantee for any followers that may be lost. The duration of this guarantee is specified on the package you purchase. To request a refill, please contact our support team.

6. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information on eligibility and the process for requesting a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AdNio LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of AdNio LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GramNio or AdNio LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
