These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gramnio website at gramnio.com (the "Site") and our Instagram follower growth service (the "Service"), operated by Gramnio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

Gramnio provides Instagram follower growth services, including:

• Free Plan: 1,000 Instagram followers delivered after completing a sponsor offer via our content locker partner.
• Paid Plans: Premium follower packages (2,000–50,000 followers) purchased via cryptocurrency payment through Cryptomus.

All follower counts described are estimates and delivery times may vary. We do not guarantee a specific number will remain after delivery, as natural follower fluctuations occur on all social platforms.

3. Account Requirements

• Your Instagram account must be set to Public during and for at least 48 hours after delivery.
• You must provide a valid, active Instagram username.
• You must not change your username or make your account private during delivery.
• Failure to maintain these conditions may result in delayed or incomplete delivery without entitlement to a refund.

4. Free Plan — Content Locker Offers

• The free plan requires completing sponsor offers via a third-party content locker (operated by AdBlueMedia).
• Sponsor offers are provided by independent third-party advertisers. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of those offers.
• Gramnio is not responsible for any charges, subscriptions, or obligations you incur through sponsor offers.
• Fraudulent or invalid offer completions may result in non-delivery without refund.

5. Payments

• All paid plan purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not issue refunds once order processing has begun.
• Payments are processed by Cryptomus. We accept cryptocurrency only. No traditional payment methods (credit cards, PayPal) are accepted.
• Prices are listed in USD. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are determined at the time of payment by Cryptomus.
• If a payment is not received within the invoice window, the order will be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing confirmed orders.

6. Delivery

• Follower delivery timelines are estimates only. We do not guarantee exact delivery times.
• We deliver followers gradually to maintain the appearance of natural growth.
• We are not responsible for follower drops caused by Instagram's automated systems, algorithm changes, or policy enforcement.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Instagram against your account, including restrictions, shadowbans, or suspensions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the free offer system
• Submit false or fraudulent Instagram usernames or email addresses
• Use the Service to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Gramnio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAMNIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Gramnio is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of our Service must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use. We assume no liability for any consequences arising from your use of our Service in relation to Instagram's policies, including account restrictions or bans.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gramnio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed.
