- Service Not as Described: If the service delivered is significantly different from its description on our website (e.g., a major shortfall in the number of followers delivered that we fail to refill upon request).

4. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to deny a refund request in the following situations:
- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- You have initiated a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first to resolve the issue.
- The service was fully delivered as described in the package details and within the promised timeframe.
- Your account was set to private, or you changed your username during the delivery process, which prevented us from completing the order.

5. Refund Processing
